Hart has been named the most desirable place to live in the UK.
Those who live in the Hampshire district were found to be the healthiest and the area has a high employment rate, according to the Halifax quality of life survey.
The average weekly wage is £839. This is one third more than the UK average of £629.
More than 97 per cent of residents report being in good health.
However, house prices are seven times the average annual income.
Elmbridge, Surrey, and Winchester in Hampshire came third and second.
Areas in south east England flooded the top 50 list.
Hambleton and Yorkshire also made an appearance.
The survey looked at factors including life expectancy, crime rates, education and weather.
It is the fourth year in a row that Hart has topped the list.
